I have over 20 years experience of practicing Tai Chi and 7 years teaching. I have trained with many teachers and am happy to teach others so that they can enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi. We work on,Yang Style 88 Form. We also do some flexibility and breathing exercises and promote energy, relaxation and meditation. I also teach the following Tai Chi: 24 Form, 42 Form, 48 Form, Push Hands, Pair Form. Most who come to Tai Chi are not able, or do not wish, to practice the vigorous, strenuous, contact combat routines of Tai Chi Martial Art, but those who are interested, are progressing, with my help and coaching, into that area too.
