I have over 20 years experience of practicing Tai Chi and think that I now know something about it. I am happy to teach others so that they can enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi. Practioners begin by learning, with me, Yang Style 24 Form. We also do some flexibility and breathing exercises and promote energy, relaxation and meditation. I am also teaching quite a number of learners the 48 Mixed Style Form. Where learners are interested, they work, with a training partner, on gentle Push Hands, to further promote the health, fitness and personal development advantages of Tai Chi. Most students who come to Tai Chi are not able, or do not wish, to practice the vigorous, strenuous, contact combat routines of Tai Chi boxing. But those who want to are progressing, with my help and coaching, into that area too.
