Wednesdays, Tai Chi, 10.30.am to 11.30.am, Downham Market Leisure Centre.

Wednesdays, Beginners Tai Chi, 11.30am to 12.30pm. Downham Market Leisure Centre.

Fridays, from 16th April 2010, beginners, 9.30am to 10am, ongoing class, 10am to 11am, Oasis Leisure Centre, Hunstanton.
