WNTCG is an informal group of people, throughout Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, who have in common that they are practicing Tai Chi under the West Norfolk Tai Chi banner.
There are some 15 classes throughout Kings Lynn and West Norfolk. Many at the Borough Council Leisure Centres. Also a number of Norfolk County Council, Adult Education Classes. Many thanks to the Borough Council and the County Council for their support.
A number of people are Learning Tai Chi on a 1:1 basis.
Most practice for health and fitness and relaxation benefits and some like to work on the Martial Art aspect of Tai Chi. All practice because they enjoy Tai Chi.
